I watched a youtube video first to get the general idea of how to install it and then followed the directions exactly. Takes a little patience and a steady hand to apply it. Be liberal with the spray bottle.
After installing it, I saw what looked like dust under the film but found out they were micro-bubbles. I saw on several websites that this would go away as it dried. Sure enough, it's been two days and this morning when I looked at the screen, it's completly clear. I can't even tell there is a protective film on it.
I definitely recommend this coating. Just be patient, be liberal with the spray, watch a video and start with a clean screen. If it looks like you have micro bubbles or streaks, they will go away after a couple days.

I bought this item for my friends Incredible, I gave it to him as a gift and installed it for him since i've done it before for my phone.
I've tried many screen protectors before and the skinomi one just seems the easiest for me. First, unlike the static cling ones, once you remove the backing paper stuff, lint does not shoot up from your table, or watever surface your working on, onto the screen protector, it's not staticky. In fact, the only time i managed to get stuff on the screen was when i did a cruddy job cleaning the screen.
If you're considering this screen protector take the time to clean the screen thoroughly. I spend about 10 minutes just cleaning the screen to make sure i dont get any lint or anything else wedged between.
Second, even if you get a piece of link stuck between the screen protector and the screen, it doesnt create a big bubble around it like the static ones. For anyone whos used the static stuff, even if you get a pen-tip sized lint, it ends up creating a button-sized bubble around it. The Skinomi does not.
Third, the stuff is smooth, i've tried the other brands and they just feel too sticky for my liking. I've read another reviewer say that its soft and easy to scratch. But for me these "scratches" tend to dissapear within a few days. It's almost magical.
Patience is the key to getting this screen protector on your phone and after 1-year it looks like the day i got it. My friend flipped out when he saw the finished product, but i told him all the white stuff and bubbles will go away and sure enough I made a believer out of him.
If you notice bubbles after you've installaled the skinomi screen protector, let it dry, sometime mine take 2 days before it's completely clear, but i've also had it take 2 weeks, but after a while it always ends up looking perfect.
Take it from me, this is the first and last screen protector your'll ever use.

I bought this skin about 2-3 weeks ago after i noticed a very small scratch on the screen near the home button. I received the product and thoroughly read over the directions. It mentioned that you should leave your phone turned off for 12-24 hours after applying the skin. That's pretty hard for most people to do nowadays beings we live on our phones. I was able to apply the skin on Sunday night in my bathroom as most bathrooms are supposed to be clean and have excellent lighting; which helps you see any lint or fingerprints on the screen before applying the skin. As other reviewers mentioned make sure your fingers are clean and wet before touching the skin. I sprayed one side of the skin, peeled it off the plastic sheet, and then sprayed the other side and applied it to my phones screen. Luckily i applied it in the correct position the first time!
After the skin was applied I used the provided plastic piece to push any air bubbles out. At first it looked pretty bad after it was applied, but i left it sit overnight and the next day. I would say at minimum leave your phone off and battery removed for 12 hours. I left mine off for about 16-18 hours and it looked beautiful after a couple days. I've now had the skin applied for over two weeks and have to say it looks great. I don't notice any imperfection or blemishes anywhere. I use my phone outdoors a lot when golfing with the app "golfcard" and the skin even helps cut down on the glare from the sun.
I would highly recommend this product!!!

After receiving my Incredible, immediately I was on the search for a screen protector. Verizon was selling static the cling variety but they did not cover the front face of the phone. At the time of purchase, Skinomi TeckSkin was the only full screen/front protector to be found and at a reasonable price.
I was a bit hesitant with the liquid application protectors, after my less than stellar experience with Zagg protector. I was concerned about the "orange peel" finish and the sticky texture that I had experience with Zagg (installed/removed on 2 Motorola Droids).
For the selling price, I bit the bullet. I received my order quickly (West Coast to East Coast). I followed the instructions down to the "T". After allowing the protector to cure for 14 hours, the outcome was much better than I'd imagine. The corners of the screen protector were pushed up by the silicon case I put on the phone. I contacted Skinomi and quickly received a replacement (can't beat lifetime replacements, especially at no cost to me).
I would definitely recommend this to anyone, as long as you're comfortable with a liquid application. The "orange peel" effect and any resistance to sliding your finger across the screen are barely noticeable. It can be somewhat of challenge to install but if you watch an installation video, it can definitely help. I've also read installing in a humid (think bathroom and shower on) environment will help eliminate most of the particles floating around and getting under the protector during installation.

When you install it make sure you follow the directions. If you have a blow dryer you can blow all the lint off your screen after you clean it with a cloth or you can just blow it off with your breath. Make sure your fingers are wet and lint free. It took me about 5-10 min to install it. I was a little disappointed with the product at first because it looked worse then when I didn't have a screen protector after the install and even early the next day after it dried out. The screen wasn't that clear and there looked like there might be micro bubbles but after a day or two the screen is great. The micro bubbles disappeared and it is very clear. It hasn't scratched yet but I've only had it on for about a week and half but so far so good.
