This case seems protective (already "tested" with an unintentional drop or two) and is slim enough to not add bulk. The finish has a nice balance of being grip-able while still effortlessly sliding in/out of a pocket (it doesn't stick like soft rubber cases can).
I haven't used it long enough to say whether it appears scuffed over time... but at this price--buy a spare and swap it out later if you care. Overall it's a great value!

This case is cheap and a good price, however, the bottom slider case did not even fit my iphone 3g. I tried it on a 3gs and did not fit at all. The case looks like it was used and not NEW like it was mentioned.
